Our ethos is based around each individual and we are committed to ensuring that no one is excluded on the grounds of their ethnicity, religion or culture. We therefore discuss with each applicant how their individual and cultural needs can be met.

Aldridge House

Aldridge House was re-opened in the spring of 2011, having undergone a major redevelopment of the original build which was completed in 1991.

Aldridge House can accommodate 45 residents with 16 ground floor bedrooms and 29 first floor bedrooms. The same building has undergone a major refurbishment throughout, including bedrooms, dining and living rooms, assisted wet rooms and bathrooms, examination room and staff areas. Work was completed in February 2018.

Alexander House

Alexander House which opened in May 2017 can accommodate 30 residents, having two separate 15 bedroom suites; one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

The design is evidence based to support people living with dementia. The aim is to enable those people to live a full and active life as independently as possible.

Alexander House is home to the large commercial kitchen, which caters for all residents and staff meals across the entire site. All meals are freshly prepared, and we only use a small number of suppliers, including one for fresh meats and vegetables, from where we source our goods.

Cinema Room

The Willowbrook Cinema was especially designed to provide a wonderful sensory experience. It provides a complete surround sound system with changeable sensory lighting, similar to that in most modern cinemas.

The cinema can play resident’s own DVD’s or we can download films of their choice. Alternatively, the room can provide a musical experience of the highest quality. Families are welcomed and encouraged to enjoy this facility with their loved ones.
